Rosa Klebb is one of the main villains in the film From Russia with Love and is played by actress Lotte Lenya.  She is a member of Blofeld’s SPECTRE organization. She is also a Colonel in the Russian counter intelligence agency SMERSH, but has secretly defected to SPECTRE.

She uses her Russian position to give fake orders to Tatiana Romanova in an attempt to lure Bond to his death with a Lektor machine as bait.
