Elektra King: Although viewed as a Bond Girl by many fans, Elektra King is the main villain in the film The World Is Not Enough. She is played by actress Sophie Marceau.  Elektra is the daughter of oil tycoon Sir Robert King. After being kidnapped by a terrorist named Renard, her father refuses to pay ransom. This event is the genesis of her plan to have her father killed and claim his oil business, which she believes to be rightfully hers.
