Dr. Julius No, played by actor Joseph Wiseman,  is the main Bond Villain in the first Bond film “Dr. No”. He’s the poster child for many of the Bond villains that followed. He lives on his own island , Crab Key, in Jamaica. He’s a genius / mad scientist, specializing in Radiation, whose skills are at the disposal of the crime organization SPECTRE. He is also quite wealthy (he owns an island). His discerning physical trait is his mechanical hands (He apparently lost his hands in a radiation experiment)
